Lisa Smith is a voice of hope and courage. Repeatedly raped when she was 14 years old, Lisa is a survivor of physical and sexual abuse. She experienced years of depression, anxiety, crippling fear and hopelessness.

In this book Lisa recounts her journey to hope and healing as she explores scripture, asks the difficult questions and challenges her readers to consider their own loss of innocence.

Lisa is now a mother of four sons. She and her husband of 23 years co-pastor a small revival church in the North Bay region of California. A passionate preacher and teacher, Lisa loves to help others engage with the truth of scripture in a way that impacts their everyday lives.
