Bryce Herman
Brice Herman is currently a student-athlete at Thomas Jefferson University (TJU) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Thomas Jefferson Honors College working toward a major in finance, and will continue onto an MBA program. On top of his academic performance in the classroom, Bryce has many leadership roles at TJU. He serves as the current president of the Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society, awarded to the top 10% of the business class; the Vice President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee; and the founder of a student-athlete run Bible Study on campus. The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference also awarded Bryce the Top XVI Award for baseball in the Spring of 2020, as he held the highest GPA of any baseball player in their conference.

While only 20 years old, Bryce has gained unique insight due to his experiences as both a student-athlete and an active servant in the community throughout his life. Even though he is not yet in the professional world, his perspective has been heightened by the experiences he has been exposed to, as well as having a natural ability to relay what he is going through right now from a young man’s perspective in an ever-changing world. Bryce hopes to play out his baseball career and then become a wealth manager to serve others by helping them gain a better understanding of their financial goals in order to secure their desired future.

Bryce is a Christian, baseball student-athlete, servant, leader, and author who aims to help share his experiences with others so that they better understand how to process their own journey, and empower them to seek out continual growth.”

Greg Tomchik
Greg is a military-family-born former professional baseball player who uses the valuable lessons he has learned through baseball and business to reinvent himself as a resilience architect, where he now serves individuals and organizations across the globe.

Greg was raised around some of the most resilient humans on the planet, including the Naval Special Operations community, those he met through playing baseball, from Little League up into the professional ranks. He encountered his own struggles, and is now helping organizations and individuals across the globe build and strengthen their resilience in life and in work. These experiences, along with Greg’s personal journey driven by the Resilient Human Framework, have enabled him to build an extraordinary life on his own terms. After years of continually improving the framework–something that started as a way to discover what his version of success really looked like and how he could gain clarity on his purpose beyond professional baseball–Greg decided to release it to the world, in an effort to multiply resilience-as-a-practice across the globe.

Early in his professional endeavors, Greg made a drastic career pivot into the cybersecurity industry. He began with no experience on his resumé, and within just a few years he reached the highest professional ranks in the industry. He shares these experiences today through a variety of channels, helping hundreds of individuals break into or build an improved career in the cybersecurity industry and daily contributing to security of the globally-connected future ahead.

Greg is a father, husband, former professional baseball player, author, international speaker and business resilience leader who is constantly seeking to catapult the future of civilization in a positive direction.
